MOB Invitational
Matt Bardsley was a special person who had a positive affect on everyone who knew him. He
had friends all around him and was directly responsible for bringing many of them together.
As Bards was a tie and connection for many friends, we now host The M.O.B. Invitational
weekend as a way to keep friends of Matt in touch, and bring them all together to
celebrate in Matt's honor. "Birdies for Bardsley" was established to keep Matt's name
alive in the community and his spirit in our hearts.
The M.O.B. Invitational is not just a golf tournament, it's an extravaganza on Lake Winnipesauke kicked off with a party that sets itself apart by having the absolutely most amazing group of people there- Matt's Friends. Barbuce crowns have been worn by only elite men, women and animals. If you think you have what it takes, better bring your A-game. The Golf Tournament is for everyone, whether you are a regular weekend golfer, or only play once a year. The tournament format is a 4 person scramble, and is followed by raffle, Trophy and Ugly Jacket presentation ceremony.
