Hello,

It was great seeing everyone and I'm sure that like me you all had a blast at this summer's event. It was extremely successful both in terms of fundraising and the good times had by all. With your generosity and cockeyed optimism, we were able to raise a tremendous amount of money.

I talked to many of you at the tournament and the general consensus was that you liked the tee-ball league and the scholarship, so we'll definitely keep those going. All your generosity makes it very easy to do my job, which is find great ways to keep Matt alive in the community. Please let me know if you have any thoughts or ideas you can throw at me and we'll make it happen.

Because we feel that a more legitimate and serious-sounding name will enable greater fundraising, by the time you read this, we will have changed the official name of the charity from Porky's Barbuce to "The Matthew Bardsley Foundation." However, you may still call us whatever you want, "Barbuce", "Birdies for Bardsley", "Asshole,"or whatever. Just make your checks payable to "The Matthew Bardsley Foundation."

More updates will come once we start making more donations and gifts in Matt's name. I hope you all are doing well. Once again, thanks for your deep pockets this year!
